"Check in was easy. Bernadette was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. I love the shower doors as they kept water from getting on the floor while showering. The only downside to the location is all the air traffic which is to be expected since your less than a mile from LAX."

"Check in was a breeze, room was very clean, the A/C kept our room nice and cool. Housekeeping was amazing. Overall, our experience from the moment we drive into Knott’s Hotel parking lot, everything was excellent and smooth experience. Will be back."

"It was clean and fine but we definitely got the Expedia room next to the elevators and absolutely no windows. The lack of being able to see outside made it feel claustrophobic. They had these fake window things that just felt disrespectful. I won’t stay here again. There are plenty of other hotels to choose from. "

"The staff was amazing and the room was clean and very spacious. The air conditioner couldn't be adjusted easily, so I woke up cold, but no biggee. The parking fee is pretty high (why are we taxed on that??), but all in all, it was great for attending a game at Staples."
