“I have been so proud to have never left a negative review anywhere, but that unfortunately changes today. The title of the room was “jetted tub”. The jets didn’t work. It was just a large bath. I reached out for assistance during my stay and was ignored, I reached out after my stay and was ignored a second time. I contacted the booking agency Expedia to ask them to review the situation and they were wonderful and tried to help resolve it but they said the old mill refused to acknowledge or...

“The location was convenient. However, the room was really small and no wardrobe to hang clothes. We had the room upstairs and there was no lift. When we entered the room, the window was open so insects including a spider found in the room. The bed sheet had stains. Reception desk was not attended most of the time but they were contactable.”

“Four of us, adults stayed overnight in a family room, nice clean room, bathroom, bedding, great communication with reception regarding keys to the room as we arrived after hours, smooth check in and check out. Restaurant close by is very nice and good food. Thank you.”
