“The hotel and room were very clean and quiet. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. This is our second time staying there and when we’re in the area we will stay again. Highly recommend.”

“Very conveniently located at the top of the Flagler Blvd. historic district. Beautiful building, well maintained, and the nicest people are working there. Also, the free breakfast at the Mermaid Cafe was excellent! Their restaurant, the Grille at Riverview has a great views and good food.”

“From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the host. Lovely unique property that felt like you were staying in someone's home rather than a B&B. Very comfortable room and the highlight of our stay was definitely breakfast. Our kids loved cooking their own pancakes at the table. Property very close to the beach and all the amenities in New Smyrna Beach with the bonus of on site parking. Thank you for such an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend Inn on the Avenue.”

“Clean and comfortable ( and most importantly quiet!) room for a one night stay. We have stayed here one other time and we would stay here again. we were actually in the room next door to the ice machine and never heard a thing. Breakfast bar was real good too. Will stay again.”

“The carpet in the room was so dirty I couldn't walk barefoot. It looked dirty and felt dirty. Middle of the afternoon the fire alarm only in my room. No reason for it. The light inside the door only worked some time.”
