"The staff was great but there were things out of their control that they could do nothing about. Firstly, the location is debatable. Though located within an area that makes it walkable to many places, the homeless, mentally ill, and shady characters that loiter within a several block radius leaves a lot to be desired. "I didn’t like that our room had a malfunctioning toilet and wasn’t cleaned during our stay. We asked about repairing the toilet and put up a room tag on the room door to request cleaning but nothing was cleaned out toilet kept running."

"Expedia confirmed our booking. When we arrived the hotel was closed and when we called someone picked up and hung up on us. Be mindful that the last 15 km are on a dangerous mountain road without guardrail and any ability to pass any other car most of the time. Safe yourself a headache and skip this horrible experience."
