"Room was clean. Not as shown in pictures. Ocean view was blocked by 4 foot tall cement balcony. Water promised daily did not have water most days. Staff was great all of them! No access to ocean no beach. Hotel is 4th floor in a 4 floor building, other floors are for businesses and employees. Restaurant and hotel does not accept cards cash only. Not much within walking distance. Generally a mile plus to go anywhere. "

"My wife and I give The Terrace Ambassador a 10/10! Stay date: 23 April-03 May 2026 First, Deborah the owner and her husband were amazing! My wife and I went to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and Deborah made it an experience we won’t forget. We recommend staying at this bed and breakfast and would definitely come back again. Deborah skillfully managed coordinating trips for us from snorkeling the reefs, visiting Mayan ruins, cave tubing and zip lining, and for me, was able to schedule a scuba diving trip to the Great Blue Hole! She knew who to call to get us the best deals, keep us safe with trusted tour guides, and recommend the best places to go to visit to have a more authentic experience in Belize. Breakfast was served fresh and promptly each morning and we had the opportunity to sample traditional Belizean breakfasts. Location is an 8 minute walk to the major water taxis and a scuba diving shop. It’s also close to a major super market (Brodie’s) and downtown shopping. The area was safe as well and we had no issues walking around after dark at a reasonable hour. Other key amenities include: -excellent air conditioning -hot running water -washing machine and dryer (for those on an extended stay) -water coolers -friendly staff -good internet and WiFi (I was able to get work done as needed while on holiday) Again, we enjoyed our experience and would recommend The Ambassador Terrace to anyone traveling to Belize."

"Hello The Staff in this Hotel that I interacted with like Martin,Raymond etc were good.The Breakfast was decent as for The Rooms including The real Old School Windows furniture,small TV & bathroom they're really beginning to show their age like 1970's/80's.The Hotel is refurbishing The Swimming Pool well I maybe suggest they think about making The Hotel Rooms making this the next Area they need to address.I'll state this after my move to The Golden Tree I was in a Hotel Room that was only a 150 Square foot but it's decor compared to Room 416 at The Ramada Princess was easily better more Modern,tidy,comfortable it had nice Leather Chairs,a Dining/work desk with a really good Office Chair,A Electronic Digital Safe that reliably worked not sporadically,A 43 Inch Smart TV that had Movie Channels + a small Jacuzzi in The Bathroom.So as far as I'm concerned this is what I'd like & let's not forget this is a niche Budget Hotel not a big Resort Chain like Ramada Wyndham are.So if The Golden Tree Hotel I think made the correct decision to address improve & modernize all their Rooms Suites I'd suggest your Hotel & Casino should maybe do likewise.As for our difference of opinion over The Swimming Pool I'll say this when I go to use Expedia I expect whatever Amenity is listed by a Property then I expect when I book it that I don't get a message back after the fact to tell me it's not actually available.The info any Resort displays on Trivago,Expedia should be 100% correct..no excuses !"
