“The bathtub was really really dirty. It’s a very old property and not being up very well. The breakfast was OK.”

“Staff was great with clean rooms”

“King suite cabin was very spacious”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Dawson Inn and Suites! The property was very clean, quaint, and welcoming. It had a cozy charm that made our stay especially enjoyable. A great place to relax, and we would definitely stay here again!”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast could use some help. We stayed 3 days and it was the same food every day.”

“Seemed like a newer or renovated hotel. Elevator was very small with just enough space for a small luggage cart and 2 people. The room was also quite small with very low ceilings ( I could almost touch the ceiling standing flat footed and I am 5'9") and very narrow with limited lighting. There was no light switch accessible from the bed except for a very bright light that cast a strong glare onto the TV. Finally, the breakfast was horrible! We were the first to arrive just as food was being set...

“Everything was great. Staff was super friendly and willing to help. Only issue is the air vent filter was dirty and needed to be change I have alergies and pickup on those issues pretty quickly.”

“The staff was good and the hotel is new. Big complaints were that the bed was really soft and lumpy. Ended up with a backache by morning AND the shower does not go above tepidly warm by design. So no real hot shower to loosen up muscles tightened by a bad bed.”
