This is a great little motel. We will definitely be back. We had a balcony room with rocking chairs and it was so nice to sit outside and relax after traveling. The bed was good, pillows were a little flat but worked for the night. Rooms were very clean. Great little hidden gem.

Our apologies that the pool was unsightly, our pools are closed seasonally between late November and early May and can sometimes accumulate some extra leaves during that time. We stopped at the Smokey Mountains for a day of hiking on our way to a Knoxville music festival. This hotel was a delight, we were placed in a “scenic” room, it was in a separate building, behind the one that faces the highway. We had our private balcony on the upper level of a 2 story building, facing the mountains with a set of rocking chairs. It was quiet and wonderful to keep this door open and let the breeze flow into the room. We highly recommend this motel.

We stayed in a King Suite room with balcony. I would rate this place a 10/10 except for the mattress. The bed was so uncomfortable that we ended up sleeping on the pull out bed. -was clean-staff was friendly-very quite-nice balcony with rocking chairs-easy check in/out. Spoke to the housekeeper and learned they are renovating the lower rooms soon and they have better mattresses, so we will stay here again.

Clean rooms, safe environment, 15 minutes from the entrance to Caves Code. Only improvement I'd suggest would be that they have coffee in the lobby but there's a Shell station/grocery store a mile away that fixed that problem for us.

We loved our room! It was very clean and very quiet. We stayed 3 nights and slept well each night. The beds and pillows were comfortable; we had plenty of towels and washcloths every day; plenty of hot water for our showers; the room looked just like it did on the website, and yes, we stayed in the "older" part across from the pool area. This is a really neat place to stay. There are rocking chairs outside each unit and large porch style swings on the lawn that you can sit in and relax. Our only regret is that we didn't know about this place sooner. We met our housekeeper, Missy, and she was very sweet. We will definitely stay here again. We would rate it a 10/10.

The property is an older Motel facility, rooms were a little smaller but everything was very clean, they made the beds each day and made sure I had fresh towels.

We were not placed in the unit shown on the internet. There is an old unit down the hill that they placed us in. The reason was the newer unit was filled up. I would not have made reservations in this older unit if I had known about it. Very misleading!

There was a handheld shower head hanging in tub which did not work. The tub was black on bottom. The toilet barely flushed, i was always worried that it would back up. There were ants. The bathroom and front doors and knobs were filthy. I don’t think they have ever been cleaned.

This place is an older motel but, don't be fooled it is very nice on the inside. The staff is friendly and very helpful. It is quiet and there are dining options, grocery store and of course a Dollar General. We really like this place.
