"Très bel hébergement! Il manquait peut être un peu de vaisselle pour cuisiner. De plus l’annonce indiquait pour 6 personnes mais n’avais de la place que pour 5 personnes (par chance nous étions que 5). Mise a part ces petits détails tout était parfait. Nous avions oubliés une montre et le personnelle c’est occuper de tout pour nous l’envoyer par la poste! Nous avons grandement appr écier le temps qu’ils ont pris pour nous répondre rapidement et procéder a l’envoie! "

"What a lovely place! It’s basic but has everything you need - clean, fridge, a safe and kettle & green tea, The bed was so comfortable. On one of the floors, there’s two microwaves and a seating area. I used this and it was very clean. There is a small Onsen and laundry facilities (which I didn’t use). I did use the Onsen facilities in their sister hotel directly opposite - wonderful! Highly recommended."

"Fun place to stay as a family! Next to amusement park, indoor and (paid for) outdoor pool. Onsen on property. Fun things like carousel, arcade and lots of (paid for) activities. A bit cumbersome that things like indoor gymnasium has to be booked one day before would have been better to be open for all etc (and more used), dated facilities (old pool/waterslide etc), and food quality is average at best at a high cost. Overall great stay and kids enjoyed it!"

"Great place stay. Loved the tatami room with a really nice view to the lake. The Onsen was great too, pity it was closed for maintenence in the morning when I wanted to check out."

"The staffs were world class, food was excellent with a lot of variety. The location can't be beat and the rooftop onsen was one of a kind experience. Taking a nice afternoon stroll along the lake was also very relaxing. The only problem was mostly the constant foul smell in our room, since we were only staying for the night, we didn't want to spend too much time worrying about it, but it did ruin our experience a little."

"An older property with some quirks, but the location is ideal, and the staff wonderful! The in-room mini onsen a gift after a day of skiing. A close walk to all the fun restaurants and shops of Hirafu, and the ski in/ out access is ideal. Shout out to the front desk team who answered all questions and helped us book a car at the last minute when uber flaked."
