Very very dated hotel. Hotel was a distance away from the train station so it was inconvenient to get to the hotel with luggage and then head back to the train station for meals and head back again. There was a musky smell in the room and the countertops were dusty. We borrowed a fan from the laundry room to use in the room just to circulate the air as the aircon is not working well (in addition to the smell). Washing machine was dirty and didn’t look like it has been maintained. It was raining when we arrived so there’s no view of mountains, only the radio tower and buildings can be seen.

整體上是可以滿分的，但是今次住宿的體驗是在於付了兩天泊車的金錢。第一天有車位停泊車輛，但是第二天已經滿車了 詢問職員職員便說可以停在酒店前面 這點是扣了分的 希望酒店可以略略改善泊車的安排

室温も程よく快適に過ごせました。ドリンクのサービスが嬉しかったです。親子３人で泊まりましたがお部屋もユニットバスも広々していました。浴槽の排水が遅く湯が抜けるのにかなり時間がかかりましたが、総合的にはとても満足です。お値段もとてもお安くありがたかったです。

老舗の良いホテル、フロントフロアにラウンジがあり、無料コーヒー、ジュース、ワイン、日本酒が深夜0時まであるのは助かる。客層も悪くないのは老舗で駅前でないからかも。駅から歩いて5分ぐらいなので問題ない。部屋からアルプスが見え、景観は良いです。　施設が古いので、老舗ヒストリカルホテルと思えば、スタッフサービスも悪くないので。

昔からあるホテルなので端々に老朽化は感じられるが、清潔快適にしようという努力は随所に感じられ、不快ではない。 部屋の空調が少しうるさかった。 朝食ビュッフェは美味しかったが、夏場の窓際は避けた方が良い(苦笑)　席間が狭い。12階からの眺めは良い 駐車場は地下にあるが駐車枠が狭い。大きな車・背の高い車は近隣の駐車場利用を真剣に検討したほうがいい。当方はホンダフリード 車で南側からホテルに接近すると反対車線側にホテルがあり、路面電車の軌道を越えて入るのは慣れない人には無理だと思う。迂回してでも周辺一方通行まみれで苦労するが北側からホテル前に進入するのが吉。

初めて滞在しましたが、静かで清潔感ある大変良い印象のホテルでした。建物は新しくはありませんが、ロビー、客室、パブリックスペースともに清掃が行き届いており、快適でした。 12階の朝食会場は明るくて眺め良く、味もまずまずでした。
