Onyado Nono Kyotoshichijo Natural Hot Springs
5/5 Excellent
"Our stay at Onyado Nono Kyoto was nothing short of exceptional. This hotel beautifully blends modern comfort with an authentic Japanese atmosphere, offering a peaceful retreat right in the heart of the city.
From the moment we stepped inside, we were immersed in the traditional Japanese experience. Removing our shoes at the entrance and walking on the warm tatami-style flooring throughout the hotel added such a calming and cultural touch. Every detail, from the minimalist décor to the soothing ambient music, created a sense of tranquility and respect for tradition.
Our room was immaculate and tastefully appointed with Japanese design elements, including sliding doors, futon-style beds, and a beautiful wooden bath area. Despite the traditional aesthetic, the room was fully equipped with all the modern conveniences we needed.
The highlight of our stay was the onsen (hot springs). The natural indoor and outdoor baths were an oasis of relaxation after a full day of exploring Kyoto’s temples and shrines. The quiet, serene atmosphere and attention to cleanliness made it a perfect place to unwind.
The complimentary noodle service at night was a delightful surprise—a comforting, delicious bowl of ramen that made the evenings feel extra special. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, offering a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes made with high-quality ingredients.
What truly made our experience unforgettable was the gracious hospitality of the staff. Every team member"
