"Breakfast was good, fair amount of choices. Room was neat and clean, even though we stayed in a small double it wasn’t too compact. Coffee machine didn’t work and was replaced promptly, we still had issues working out from time to time (not the easiest to use!)"

"The hotel was great for our two night trip to Berlin. It was in the perfect location easily walkable to see the sights, we walked over 10 miles on the first day! We had breakfast at the hotel on the first day which was good enough - scrambled eggs and sausages/meatballs and plenty of cold meat/cheese, cereal and pastries. However, there are also some nice bakeries close by which we chose to do on the second day. The rooms were clean but I would say just a little dark for my liking and also the floor is carpeted and not hard floor. That’s a personal preference but it certainly was very clean, both in the room and throughout the hotel. Also, we had a small kitchenette with a fridge, we didn’t make use of this but it looked like it had everything you may need. Bathroom lovely, toiletries supplied and lovely towels. Our room was quite compact with a bath and a shower screen so if less mobile it can be more challenging to get in and out of the bath. Staff were fabulous, friendly and helpful at all times. Thank you Garner Hotel for lovely memorable trip and also to Tania, the hotel manager, who was super helpful when I contacted the hotel prior to our trip, unfortunately we didn’t meet but I appreciated all your help - thank you!"
