"Good place close to meydan (downtown). The hotel is good for a 4-star rating. The room shows its age but it was clean and there was a daily service room and cleaning. Staff is good and they have people speak English, Arabic, and Turkish. Transportation is very easy from there."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Turan ensured the breakfast area was meticulously stocked with fresh fruit, vegetables and pastries, it was outstanding and he and his staff were friendly and attentive. Both Bell Hops were excellent help and informative for local restaurants and shops. Overall great experience and wonderful staff."

"The staff were polite at all times and anything we asked for they supplied. Owner was more than helpful. Overall hotel could not have down more for us. Location is unbelievable right in the centre of everything."

"As a solo traveler I stayed in one of the economy attic rooms and I loved it. The bathroom could have used additional shelving (there's not much place to put toiletries - probably only an issue with that one style of room due to the small size) but that was the only bother. Room was super cozy with a great view of beautiful Trabzon. Good well-stocked breakfast, and staff were friendly and attentive."
