Room smelled musty and moldy, as well as hallways. Floor was soaking wet. No WiFi available. Staff was wonderful and I very much appreciated their help. I was able to cancel after the first night as I couldn't breathe and they refunded everything.

A nice room and a good whirlpool tub. Elevator out of order for our entire stay, microwave in room was inoperable. Breakfast was dismal - granola bars and coffee, no juice one day. They did provide yogurt and muffins one of the three days. The woman at check in was very nice. The other times was staffed by a person on his cell phone and hard to understand.

If you’re bougie don’t stay here. It was alright. Location is great and staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable, shower and air were great. However, this is a much older hotel in Traverse. It’s very dated, carpets need to be replaced. Keep in mind if you found a price here that’s too good to be true, there’s a reason why. You’re not getting anything high end. For me, it was a place to sleep for a work conference. It didn’t bother me.

Great location! A little dated and do not recommend room 109 as it was so noisy all day and night. Didn't really encounter staff except at check in but he was nice. Breakfast is very basic. If you come here for a great location and simple bed for rest, you will enjoy.

This hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Walls are very thin and we could hear conversation in the room next door, but many hotels seem to be built like that. Breakfast was very nice to have available as we were exhausted but needed fuel each morning (we were not there for vacation but to be with my son whose wife was in the ICU so it was nice to grab a coffee, protein bar and yogurt as we ran out each morning) Sadly, they charged us for a night that we didn't spend there. They told us they would "allow" us to check out on Sunday vs Monday but yet they charged us for Sunday night stay. :( It's a lot of money to waste for our family who truly was there spontaneously as this was an emergency visit to the area. I stood at the desk and heard the manager on the phone tell the desk employee that he would be ok with us checking out early and would handle the charges, but I was dumb not to get it in writing I suppose. Hotel is well kept but I would have liked them to stay true to their word as it was almost $200 more that we lost.

The staff were quite helpful, and all had a positive attitude! The property was not well maintained, and it was not clean, so I was quite disappointed. I made do as surrounding establishments were all booked up. I don't blame staff as I stated earlier, they were quite helpful and tried their best to address issues...there were just so many challenges. Property needs to significantly improve cleanliness of rooms and maybe consider updating. Doors should also routinely to be checked to ensure they are closed/locked properly. Someone had used the bathroom in one of our rooms and not flushed. The door was open upon arrival so either housekeeping never cleaned room or someone accessed it passing by. Quite an unpleasant experience.
