"Worst hotel experience for a supposed 5-star property. Dirty rooms, cockroaches, ants, clogged bathroom, no hot water, weak A/C, Wi-Fi not working, and dog feces on the terrace. The only response was “sorry,” with no compensation at all. Definitely do not recommend, especially for the price charged."

"La habitacion muy bonita, el personal muy amable y sobretodo muy eficiente y rapido, la limpieza excelente, lo malo, un pesimo servicio de internet, pese a tener varias redes todas fallaron, el sillon del escritorio es de descanso, imposible usarlo con el escritorio ya sea para trabajar o comer algo, el papel de baño muy bonito, negro, pero su uno lo usa para sonarse la nariz le quedan los dedos y la nariz de color negro."
