"Waited quite awhile at front desk before we realized someone was sitting there. No info given on wifi, breakfast or housekeeping. Booked for 2 nights but room keys stopped working after 1 night and our visa was charged for both nights. No housekeeping. Apparently we had to ask for that. Room was dated but clean. Only had breakfast one day and the eggs were stone cold."

"Beautifully decorated, very Victorian. Rather like staying in a museum. Mattress was comfortable. Very clean. Front desk check in was lovely. Those were the good bits. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit in the room was horrifically noisy, to the point where we had to turn it off halfway through the night and open the windows instead. To get any kind of breeze, we also had to open the blinds, which meant that the bright exterior lights that stayed in all night lit our room up like...
