“Great stay for a few days in Memphis! Location was easy access to Beale Street, the river front, Bass Pro, the Peabody Hotel, restaurants and a great little market. We walked everywhere except for a trip to Graceland. Very secure as well. Everything was clean and spacious. Our unit was directly under the laundry so a bit noisy at times but we just used ear plugs if we were going to sleep.”

“Never disappointed when we stay here. Top notch service, rooms, amenities and dining (fine and casual).”

“A wonderful room! My partner, however was unable to use the shower because there was no safety bar in the tub. Tub was very slick! A Matt even would've helped. We would stay that a in but avoid the "duck" march. Too congested.”

“This was such a cool little hotel, super cute vibe”

“Staff was very nice - food and drink was good.”

“Great place to stay, helpful friendly staff”

“Nice property with helpful staff. Very near the interstate so it’s noisy”

“모두 만족하는 깨끗하고 아침 맛있고 좋은 호텔이었습니다”

“customer service is not great! the gentleman that checked me in was super friendly but not go over the $200 hold on my debit card. Would have been nice to disclose that being such a large amount to hold. the female that check me out had an attitude not friendly, I would say, I would not recommend to friends. we actually stayed at the Marriot Friday, price was half what we paid the the Westin and customer service way greater.”

“Only complaint is water was cold when I got back one night to take a shower after letting it run for like 10 minutes.”

“The valet people was awesome. One of the assistant managers went way out of her way to help me with my EV parking and charging.”
