"I did not get a room to stay in the hotel. Its not the hotel’s fault. I booked the hotel after American Airlines cancelled my flight at midnight June 13th, 12:00 AM, I tried booking a room for the night. Expedia does not allow booking for June 12th past the midnight, so automatically my booking was confirmed for June 13th. When I went to hotel at 1:00 AM they did not give a room since they were still on June 12th stay. Unfortunately Expedia did not refund my money, although it was beyond my control. I lost a $157 and did not have a hotel to stay at 1:00 AM after a flight cancellation. I think Expedia should make their customers services more accessible and allow ammends especially in cases of emergency situations. Thank you"

"Our stay was HORRIBLE! We had to Pay for parking after spending over $500 for our stay. When we arrived to check in Our room was given away due to the Hotel OVERBOOKING so we had to settle for a Queen room which we did not Reserve. We always had issues getting in and out of the parking lot as the Gates NEVER WORKED with our room key! Ice machine was broken! WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN!!!"

"Hotel was absolutely disgusting. Walked in the door to a wall of weed stench. Took 15 minutes waiting for front desk staff to unlock door to get into lobby for check in. Floors were sticky and disgusting throughout hotel. Got into room to the smell of mold and mildew. Broken fixtures and outdated. 10/10 would not recommend."

"There were bugs in the room, in the beds, floor was filthy. Bathroom fixtures were rusty. There were chicken wing bones at the front door outside the room. When we went to the desk to tell them, they immediately apologized and refunded money. It was like this happens often."

"No elevator and only one bed rooms and no cribs/pack and plays available on the first floor. I had to carry a huge double stroller and take several trips to be able to get the stroller and my 2 children to the top floor where the only available rooms were. The back of the building is run down. The view was nice and it was great that there was a shuttle to the airport."
