"We only stayed for a couple of nights but we had a great stay. The team is really friendly. The room has everything you need and the bathroom on top of being fun, has a really good aeration system. The bed is god, big, and probably a little too soft for my taste. The location is good, about 10min walking from One Nimman and Maya malls. There is also everything you need within 5min walking around the hotel (laundry, 711, etc…)"
"Since the day one to the end, the staff were friendly and polite, especially the staff PAM who sever us at the restaurant.
The room was clean, comfortable and spacious.
The breakfast comes with a good spread of cuisine and varity.

"Great stay. Easy access to the main Nimman area. There’s the big Maya mall across the street. Lots of dining options. Everything walkable! Very nice staff. Good breakfast included. "
"Nice mid range hotel. Condition moderate in some areas but generally ok. Rooms are a bit small as they have a small self contained kitchen. Breakfast was ok."
"This was such an amazing property and the service here is 10/10. I would highly recommend staying here as it is clean, comfortable, convenient and very affordable. The breakfast buffet is delicious and worth the add-on as well! "
"I had a great stay at HeyHa house. The couple who runs the guest house are Chiang Mai natives. They are super fun to talk to and give great advice. They are laid back and offer nice coffee, tea, and snacks downstairs.
The room itself was big and luxurious, with a huge bed. It was clean and they added fresh towels and made up the bed everyday. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, and was a great escape from the April heat in Northern Thailand.
The neighborhood was a little outside the city,...
"This was a friendly and economical motel to stay at within walking distance of the nearby Convention Center. The rooms are quite spacious and could be shared. It's also easy to get to and from Chiang Mai using (Grab) ride hailing, about 15-30 minutes from downtown or the airport depending on traffic."
"Family-run guesthouse. Polite and friendly (very little English spoken). On a quiet backstreet. Room was very clean, but small (no wardrobe or storage space). Rather expensive (GBP 22 per night, THB 1,000) by Thai standards compared to other similar guesthouses. Location quite far from main tourist area, so need to borrow a bicycle or rent a scooter to get around. Not much nearby in the way of restaurants etc. Hard pillows."

"This trendy Old City hotel has a swimming pool and includes a huge Thai and Western breakfast buffet. Attentive staff and excellent location at a great price make it a perfect home away from home while visiting Chiang Mai. I’d go back in a heart beat. Steps from the best street food including Khao Soi Khun Yai!"
"The hotel greets you with warmth and hospitality from the moment you walk through the door. Staff extremely courteous and responsive. Horizon Lounge was a quiet oasis to relax and enjoy drinks and food. Free parking was an added bonus when it’s common to pay $50 a day or more at many premium hotels."
"Had a lovely stay in The Grand Napat. Not far outside the old city. Everywhere seemed to be around 80baht in a Grab. If it had been cooler lots of places were in walking distance. Only a 10min walk from Jing Jai market which had a really nice atmosphere and lots of nice restaurants and cafes "
"Amazing experience, hotel highly recommended. Not in the old town, but in an area close to bars and restaurants. 5 minutes taxi drive to the old town. "
"The front desk have poor communication skills . No kitchenette in hotel, no microwave and no iron in room or at from desk . No arrangement for taxi service . Simply,” no have” and “cannot “ words you will hear from them. "
