Outside could definitely do with a cobweb sweep and the light fixed and the chairs in good condition one was broken when we git there. "I stay IBIS because I know what to expect. This was no exception. The only reason I gave 3 stars for staff and service is because I was left waiting at the unattended front desk for check-in.
