โIt is far from central amsterdam and air port but people who works in a hotel were very very nice. They offer free shuttle bus and area is very safty and cozy. No elevator but they helped carry our luggages.Very old style but clean. Only one bad thing was bathtub. They need to replace it. โ
โBeautiful place to stay. I couldnโt quite get the air conditioning to work as i wanted but the weather was nice so it was bearable. A microwave in the room is not a bad idea. Overall clean, safe, lovely neighborhood to stay.โ
โExceptional value, will be coming here again in future trips. Stunned by how much space we had! Great amenities, including everything needed for basic cooking, washing clothes. Convenient location. No noise problems.
Tips: (1) loud pigeons on the roof nearby are scared off if you flip the window shades up & down a couple of times, and they donโt come back for quite a while. (2) Nice fans are provided for the really warm days and we found that propping the door open downstairs with the most...

"Overall experience was ok. The location is good, you can use public transportation easily, and also the hotel is in front of the park. Breakfast is also good, diverse menu choices, the view is great. However, I am not sure about smooth check-in process and hygiene. I arrived at hotel in the early morning and then came back to hotel after check-in time around 5pm (original check in time is 3pm), but then, when I tried to check-in, the front desk person was too rude to me. Even my english is very fluent, she kept saying 'what' to me like 'I cannot understand about what are you saying ' vibe, which was very unpleasant. After that, she told me cleaning wasn't finish yet, even it was 5pm- should I understand this point? Not only that, she said staying at the sofa 5-10 min but never came back. So I asked to other people to re-do my check-in and finally I could enter the room. When I was at the room, the bedding smell is bit weird. bathroom sink wasn't also clean though. "
