“The hotel was nice and clean with a beautiful view of the sea. We stayed one night to be close to the airport. The staff this is a locally owned hotel and it runs on a small staff. The only issue was the missing window at the top which caused a constant gust of wind which caused a vacuum effect with the curtains so they kept being su ked out the window at the top although a bit concerning it was not a huge issue. “Room was nice and clean, AC worked well. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Hotel is in a central location which allowed for easy walks to restaurants and the beach. ”

“The signature level made a big difference. Staff friendly outdoor shower was amazing. The biggest down side is the food; there are times of the day no restaurant is open and they is tough for late arrivals and morning sleepers. ”

“Ate at Mobay buffet several times while on vacation. I must compliment the chef down to the waiters and waitresses. On some of those occasions we were served by Odain and Shante and couldn’t have had any better service. Wonderful dining experiences. I stayed at Lady Hamilton room 2721 and cannot complain about the cleaning she did in my room. Satisfied the whole experience was amazing. Can’t wait to come back again. “It was very clean. The food was amazing everywhere we want to eat. The food was 10 out of 10. The rooms were huge and beautiful. I gave an average rating for the hotel just because it was under a lot of construction, but it was very beautiful and the staff I feel could’ve been nicer and smiled more. “We never made it to the room. No one could confirm the reservation we waited over 30 minutes and finally gave up and ended up in a different hotel. Also when we got there the description of the place was not what it really was.”

“Room was dirty, dingy and old. Bugs in the room! Did not want to touch anything!! Additionally, there wasn't a proper lock on the door, which was totally unsafe! The only reason I didn't leave, was I literally had nowhere else to stay that night. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel!”

“Do not stay here!!! This a fraud. The name says it is a resort but don’t be fooled. It is NOT!!! . These are condos which people own and rent them out. They are extremely dirty, no one is ever available for cleaning the rooms or replacing any towels or other necessities. No restaurant in the building as stated on the website, and false pictures of a different building. We had to go back and forth with Expedia to get us out of there.
