"Rooms were very clean but on the small side. Staff was helpful and very friendly. View was nice from our room but paid extra for that. Not sure if being down town and paying for valet parking was worth the extra $500 for parking for seven days. Breakfast was lacking and wait was long to get out of breakfast. Pool and hot tub were nice but small for a hotel this large."

"The Lakeshore Inn is our favorite place to stay near Portland. The staff is friendly and and the pool is great. Lake view rooms are wonderful. There are a lot of excellent restaurants and trails nearby. The only thing was that in our otherwise nice room, the sink was slow to drain and the shower curtain did not stop the bathroom floor from flooding. Highly recommend this place."

The rooms are clean and spacious, the parking is free and safe, and they have one of the most beautiful neon signs in all of Portland. What's not to love? Save yourself some time and book with The Capitol Hill Motel. You'll be glad you did."
