More a 2* than a 3* accommodation, with a bit of a musty smell in parts of the building, old but reasonably clean rooms, a very basic fitness centre (free weights, elliptical, couple of machines, no treadmill). Staff are kind and friendly.

For $35 it was a good room. The staff was amazing. The massage and body scrub by “grandma” was fantastic🔥 it was so good I scheduled another session for my last day. All the staff was nice and helpful. The Food was great.

I used this room as a transit room as I had an 11.30pm flight. I arrived early and staff at reception were very friendly and polite. They were able to get me into a room quicly so I wasn't left sitting around in the lobby. Check out was also smooth, staff were very polite.and ensured I had a ride to the airport.

The staff are amazing. Nothing was any problem. Took me to atm machine, to nearest mall, quite a walk away, off to buy another suitcase and drop off to airport (only 10 mins away)courtesy car. Twin, king single very comfy beds and good size room, with full breakfast, including Indonesian selection. Very reasonably priced. Plan to go back there next year

The buffet breakfast needs better management... It is not good enough to have half the buffet items used and not replaced. All that was left was rice and tofu. Fish none, no vegetables, chicken... only scraps left, many staff doing nothing, coffee pot empty, 10 mins to get refill. Who ever is in charge of breakfast needs another job, because he or she is no good at this one!

Staff is very helpful.. we had different room booked but that room was in dark area they changed immediately.. food was amazing too but unfortunately not much option for vegetarian people .. if u need anything just talk to Vishnu.. we asked him to stay back later check out time he gave us extra 4-5 hours without extra charge .. nice view friendly staff what else u need ..

This hotel was very dirty, has a bug infestation they do not care to fix. Their air conditionings and ceilings contain mold they claim to be unaware off and do not provide a care to fix or get seen to. This hotel is not the spot to stay

Avoid

This place is old, smelly, and dirty. I woke up with a rash on my face from sleeping on the pillow. The walls are incredibly thin, I heard someone’s alarm go off at 3am and felt like I was in the room as the alarm. Only stayed here bc it was close to the airport and I landed too late to get to my other accommodation in northern Bali. Have tried the Hilton and the Novotel by the airport in the past but they were both booked. Not recommending this place to anyone!

Ad looks beautiful, arrival - no one helped with bags, we got two adjoining rooms, both were dirty - mold in shower walls, stains on floors and water marks/dirt around sinks. One toilet was broken, shower water leaked out into main room. Beds were hard as stone, pillows as well. Pool smelled like sewer, included breakfast was not good - egg station was okay. We were only there for a few hours as we had a late flight in and were moving to a new location in the AM - thankfully.

Room conditions was bad as I had to change room once I check in to my room. Bed was dirty and toilet was bad. They are happy to change my room but again I had to call the room service to clean my room with the new room changed
