Decent clean room although annoying air purifier in bathroom. Excellent included breakfast with many fresh choices, eggs cooked to order, etc. very friendly helpful staff. Close to downtown attractions; not far from Toltec ruins.

La habitación estaba muy limpia, amplia, la cama cómoda. Lo único que no nos gustó es que no mencionaron que el estacionamiento tiene cupo limitado, así que si llegas de noche seguramente tu auto tengas que dejarlo en la calle.

No cumplía con los servicios especificados en la publicación, no había servicio de restaurante y mucho menos servicio al cuarto, todo el mobiliario estaba tapado. El estacionamiento está fuera de la propiedad. En cuanto a la limpieza, una de las sillas tenía pelos. La cama muy incómoda. Lo mejor fue la atención del personal, fueron muy atentos, y dentro de sus posibilidades nos dieron el servicio.

El Hotel está en el centro de Tula, a unos pasos de la plaza principal, hay muchos comercios alrededor y en general, parece una zona tranquila, aunque algo complicada por el tráfico vehicular. Estaban remodelando la recepción, y falta señalamiento que indique que está más al fondo, la verdad, parecía fuera de servicio el Hotel, el estacionamiento está atrás del edificio y tampoco tiene muy buena señalización, de hecho desde el frente no hay nada que indique cómo acceder, creo que es algo en lo que podría mejorar porque la calle está muy transitada y es difícil incluso pararse a preguntar. Fuera de eso, las habitaciones son cómodas, el hotel está en general en buen estado, y el costo es bastante accesible. El precio incluía el desayuno, el cual aunque muy básico, estuvo bien. En general, fue una estancia agradable.
