“I was a little apprehensive due to some other reviews. However, I was presently surprised. The Chamber Suites are awesome in size and the beds are comfortable all in all i don’t have any complaints except some of the staff have some attitude and dont seem to love what they do. If I had to come back and stay i would most definitely AND if you love a kettle in your room (rare in USA hotels) you’ll get one here. It is a little out of the French Quarter but that’s not a bad thing.”

“The staff was overall nice when checking in. Nothing above and beyond when it comes to friendliness but overall nice. All of the amenities were not working so when I asked about any sort of compensation for that, my email was never responded to. My In-laws were given their room, and that room was already given to another person. So they walked into someone else's room! and they were offered a few things from the snack bar- - a mountain dew and some pringles. No discount or refund. And they...

“Exceptional customer service”

“Room downgrade and closed facilities – Not worth the price My experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. I was initially given a single-bed room despite booking a two-bed room, and the hassle of moving rooms the next day was quite inconvenient. Being placed in a lower-tier room than what I paid for was a poor start to my trip. Furthermore, the management of the facilities was unacceptable. Both the pool and the gym were closed during my stay. Having both amenities out of order at once...

“We got trapped in the hot elevator for 20 minutes and no one at the hotel knew what was happening, we had to call the fire department to get rescued. I will never recommend this place to anyone. The elevators are old and hot and the staff isn’t very friendly.”

“Staff was very friendly, but this hotel was one”
