"Ein Mega Hotel. Tolles Personal. Alle sehr aufmerksam. Wir waren sehr zufrueden. PS: es fehlten Zahnputzgläser ..... .......im Bad zu wenig Möglichkeiten die Handtücher aufzuhängen...... Dennoch ein Top Hotel .....hatte erst vor 2-3 Wochen eröffnet......also nachbessern geht immer. Werden gerne wiederkommen, danke."

"Wir hatten für 3 Nächte ein Appartment. Alles war super, von der Mitarbeiterin vor Ort, den kostenlosen Parkplatz, ruhige Lage, nicht weit zum Zentrum und zum Strand. "Came off the ferry at Swinousjie and found this very convenient and cheap place to stay. The receptionist was polite and intelligent and my room was perfect. It poured with rain and I was glad not to be in my tent. "

"after 700 nights booked (and having 95+ % great experiences) we are quite simply shocked and near speechless about the horrors of this place. to cut it short: no heating. no hot water, no wifi (they gave us a password that didnt work with anything). when we wrote them that we can not proceed with the night wearing jackets and having no heating, they completely IGNORED us (all 3 messages) but wrote back another wifi password that "we can try".... the place looks and feels like an abandoned dump...

"The apartment 419 is located at 3rd floor of Casa Marina Apartment House. Good: location; walking distance to promenade and beach. Many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Bad: worn furniture in the apartment (sofas and armchairs partly dirty, beds creak, table partly damaged); not enough knives (6, but we were 7). I highly recommend to replace the dirty/damaged furniture. "

"Viste seg at det var en hel etasje som vi hadde leid. Kundeservicen var veldig bra da vi først fant ut hvor resepsjonen befant seg, som var i et annet bygg. Ved bestilling oppgir de at man skal ringe ved ankomst, der fungerte fint. Rommene var store, rent og med flere balkonger. I hjertet av en fin strandby! "
