The hotel felt very safe.Our room had a great view of the city. We especially enjoyed the 5th floor lounge/restraunt. Mary was very helpful and courteous when we had our breakfast. It was also convenient for us to get tea and snacks during the day. Our family of 3 also enjoyed massages at the spa. We look forward to returning to the hotel in the future.

Great service, great room, amazing breakfast, pool, building. Nice hot shower. Everytjing was good. Sometimes the lifts were not working but the stairs were fine. The pool is very cold w of the location/ architecture the sun never gets to it but if you don’t mind a cold seim it’s beautiful.

The staff was tremendous. My biggest complaint is that the walls are very thin between rooms and you can hear pretty much everything. But Alejandro, the manager, was amazing and very helpful. I’ll be staying there again in January.

I just use my room for a few hours my flight was at 11pm but still enjoyed the hotel. We enjoyed the restaurant and the bar. The front desk was amazing they help me to check out 2 hrs early we were very tired and they allow us to check in. Overall was a great experience. Thanks 😊

CLEAN ROOM:The only problem is that when the person does the cleaning, they don't check that the hair conditioner is empty, and when they clean the room they don't refill it, they don't change the towels, and the trash cans don't have liners. SPA: The two people who attended to us were very professional, respectful, had a positive attitude, listened to our requests, and gave us massages according to how our bodies felt.
