"The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The room included a very nice buffet breakfast, which was really good. Great location in Bath."

"This hotel is not 5 star, it’s more like1 star. It’s very worn, poor quality furnishings and overall is extremely tired. I recently booked and when I arrived and saw the room refused to stay. The hotel wouldn’t refund or even make a gesture so do not book non refundable. I was allocated room 8 and it was like the worst B&B from the 80’s. The headboard was stained, the chair in the room dirty, cheap bed and plastic panels to look like marble in bathroom. The hotel is nothing like the images, inside or outside. "
