“I hate writing negative reviews, but after more than a month of trying to resolve this privately, I feel other guests should know what happened. My friends and I booked our annual Mother's Day getaway on April 5, 2026 after previously having a wonderful stay at Chateau Merrimack. One of the main reasons we returned was the pool. “The room was clean. Air conditioning was AMAZING. And the staff were kind , attentive , and helpful. Parking was also very convenient. Only thing I did not like was the lack of hot water in the bathroom. Other than that, the place was great and I would definitely come back.”

“The only problem we had was on Tuesday night the front desk person took and gave a key to a woman to our room in 119 And she was not with my party at all. It was just me and my wife in bed and she walked in with a key through the access of a key card. I talked to the manager at the front desk. “Room was clean, staff pleasant and parking was easy. However we were told there was a la carte breakfast every morning (not included in our rate). We planned to have this, and were even shown a menu on check in. However we were very disappointed to find that there was no breakfast the next morning, or the next.”

“I would only recommend Motel 6 if you are need the fastest Wifi connection. Bathroom is not clea. Floor is not clean. I would not reserve Motel 6 if I could get a reservation at higher level hotel.”
