"We really enjoyed our stay at the Pier House and will definitely come back. We are not big spa people so we would like to try an oceanfront room next time. But our room was great. The beds were very comfortable. We had a fun time visiting the Chart Room and sitting on the beach at night. Perfect location to all the activities!"

"Personnel were very helpful, especially Cassie as the concierge. Many positive things to say here, but everything gets overruled by the intermitting WiFi which not relaiabale and I can't work my job nor can the wife work her job. So until management gets serious about this issue, which has been this way for a long time, I won't be coming back, if I can't work and play."

"We had the best room in the entire place, the only one with a private balcony which was so nice. It was fun to watch the bikers/walkers heading to party on Duval Street. Room was very large and in such great condition for the age of the building and the historical charm. We were on the same street and close to the Truman winter Whitehouse. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. The pool was nice. But....the stairs were tough on us to get to our floor, so if you can't do stairs, don't reserve on the second floor. They do have first floor rooms and it appears the building is ADA compliant. Great location, did not move the car the entirety of our stay."

"Staff was helpful and couteous. The concierge service from Trent was perfect for my first visit to Key West . The room was older but kept in immaculaye clean lines - loved the tall ceilings and extra wood work on the walls . The pool and thick mattress lounge chaira were perfect for taking in some sun. The location to all of Key West was perfect . We had a great time"
