Lovely hotel in a great location - very close to excellent restaurants and right on the sea front. The hotel is impeccably clean and the staff are incredibly helpful. We stayed an extra night we enjoyed both the location and hotel so much. No hesitation in recommending.

Do Ubatuba Praia Hotel só tenho ELOGIOS, porém do EXPEDIA só DECEPÇÃO I purchased reservations at the Ubatuba Praia Hotel for myself and my wife through Expedia.com.br. Check-in date: May 14th, Check-out date: May 18th, 2026. Expedia number: 72074195759973 - Purchase date: May 10th, 2026. I wanted to pay in installments without interest, but this option was not given to me, and the full amount of R$ 1,597.96 was charged, including R$ 46.54 in taxes and fees. I immediately called the Ubatuba Praia Hotel, who told me I had to call Expedia. I called Expedia, who told me I had to call the Ubatuba Praia Hotel. In other words, ONE passed the buck to the OTHER, and the OTHER passed the buck to ONE, and I was left with the LOSS. I tried to reach an agreement with EXPEDIA and nothing was done. NEVER AGAIN EXPEDIA.

Minha experiência neste hotel foi excelente e superou as expectativas. A limpeza merece um destaque especial: tudo estava sempre impecável, demonstrando o cuidado e o compromisso da equipe com o bem-estar dos hóspedes. Outro grande diferencial foi o atendimento de todos os colaboradores. Fomos recebidos com muita cordialidade, atenção e um sorriso no rosto. Em nenhum momento houve uma solicitação que não fosse prontamente atendida. A equipe está sempre disposta a ajudar, fazendo com que nos sentíssemos verdadeiramente acolhidos. A localização também é excelente, com ótimos restaurantes a poucos passos do hotel, o que torna a estadia ainda mais prática. Além disso, há a Igreja Nossa Senhora das Dores ao lado, um diferencial muito especial para quem deseja participar da Santa Missa ou fazer um momento de oração. Minha avaliação é nota máxima. Recomendo este hotel de olhos fechados e, sem dúvida, voltarei em uma próxima oportunidade!

Fomos á Ubatuba pra comemorar o aniversário do meu marido, e entrei em contato com o pessoal do hotel e falei sobre um kit festa, e eles foram super solicitos e atenciosos, chegamos e a surpresa foi maravilhosa, ficou melhor do que imaginei. Toda a equipe do hotel está de parabéns pela educação e simpatia com os hóspedes. Minha hospedagem foi excelente, café da manhã bem variado e delicioso, as meninas da cozinha arrasam em tudo que faz no café da manhã! Piscina e hotel sempre limpos e organizado. Ótima localização, perto de tudo (mercado, padaria, farmácia posto de gasolina, restaurantes, e empresas de passeios). A praia é imprópria pra banho mas Itaguá é bom por ser um lugar de movimento. Pra quem busca tranquilidade e tudo por perto é o melhor lugar a ficar em Ubatuba. Quartos bem amplos e limpos, banheiro com uma ducha maravilhosa e o banheiro já vem com itens de higiene (sabonete líquido na pia, shampoo e sabonete líquido no box). Pegamos vista lateral e é mt bom acorda e ver o por do sol refletindo no mar. Indico este hotel de olhos fechados. Aaaaa e teve um detalhe que pra alguns pode ser bobo, mas pra mim foi um cuidado especial das moças da limpeza, meu filho havia deixado os bonequinhos dele no quarto e ela montaram um barquinho e colocou eles dentro, ele ficou apaixonado! E acho que é isso as vezes os lugares nós ganha nos detalhes. Obrigada a toda equipe pelo excelente trabalho. Indicarei pra muitos.
