Don't staff here!

This place is old and run down, the room we were assigned was a dingy box for 128.00 CAD. We left, with no refund. Beds were like rocks, not clean. No service, staff unavailable - chatting with themselves or on their phones.

Hotel é muito aconchegante, camas confortaveis,café da manha muito bom com frutas, paes,bolos,frios...Tem frigobar no quarto e utensílios disponíveis para os hospedes como talheres, pratos e copos caso queira fazer alguma refeição no local, ja que eles so servem o cafe da manhã. Tem alguns itens pra vender na recepção como salgadinhos e algumas bebidas. Atendimento da recepção é excelente. Piscina sempre limpinhae salão de jogos. Musica ambiente em todas áreas comus do hotel e localização excelente bem próximo a praia da enseada e também da Santa Rita. Tem estacionamento tb. Único ponto a melhorar é a limpeza do quarto como paredes que estavam bem manchadas,mas a limpeza no geral é boa,todos os dias saia e a moça perguntava se queria limpeza, e quando voltava o quarto estava sempre limpinho.

Pequenas mudanças, grandes diferenças

Sobre a nossa estadia não tenho nada para reclamar, apenas agradecer. Pessoal super educado, atencioso e o hotel, super aconchegante e agradável. Para o hotel continuar crescendo, acho que alguns pontos poderiam ser tratados para melhorar cada vez mais: Manutenção nos brinquedos no salão de jogos, até mesmo trazer novidades; Colocar nas suítes um varal de chão para ajudar na secagem dos itens de banho; Melhorar o acesso dos quartos ao espaço onde fazemos nossas refeições. Quando está chovendo, acabamos se molhando porque a cobertura não cobre totalmente o acesso. Grande abraço.

Excelente estadia

Ótima estadia. Café da manhã bem farto, sempre tendo reposição. Dei sorte de fazer sol os 3 dias que fiquei hospedado. A pousada fica próxima a praia e deu pra aproveitar bem a piscina no pós praia. Recomendo a pousada.

A estadia foi boa, porém senti falta de usar a piscina, ficou uns dias em manutenção/limpeza, 3 dias, só usei uma vez e observação, a piscina não é aquecida. Não tem bebedouros no hotel e só vendem garrafinhas. O sinal de wi-fi deixou a desejar, tive que usar o meu sinal. O pessoal do atendimento foram bem atenciosos. O café dá manhã foi a melhor parte, é ótimo, tem bastante opções.

Experiência não tão agradável

Infelizmente não tivemos uma experiência tão agradável, entre alguns pontos. Quando chegamos no quarto a lâmpada estava queimada, apesar de ser algo simples, porém, deveriam ter visto antes Sinal de internet, muito ruim, caindo por diversas vezes. E o principal, por duas noites tivemos dificuldade para tomar banho, devido ao chuveiro não estar esquentando, demorando demais para voltar ao normal. Talvez tenha dado "azar, mais enfim..... Atendimento dos funcionários foram excelente, muito educados.
