A little corner of Greece in Ubon.

Lovely rustic and well decorated property woth nice ambience, friendly staff, and lots of cosy little nooks to sit and spend some time. Excellent place for a romantic Interlude.

A little bit of Tuscany in Thailand

The most charming little hotel with the best service. Free parking available. Looks like a little piece of Tuscany sent into a Thai town. An old building that has been artfully renovated by a skilled decorator.

My description is this lovely hotel was quite rustic! Simple but staying there you get to understand the detail that whoever designed it had some very cuteness about it! I loved it to be frank, and I have been in many around the world! And a big thank you to the manager who was a pleasure and politeness from the staff!. Thank you! Next time coming to Ubon R. I will look up the hotel for sure !

I thought the service was outstanding! The facilities were old but very well maintained and also had an European feel to it. The breakfast was very good but the dining area was very special, it was oozing with ambiance. Is it 5 star? no. It is however full of character and i would gladly stay here again.

The De Lit is a charming older building, with flourishes in the archways made of whitewashed masonry and plaster that stays cool in the Thai heat. When we arrived, there was a bit of a mix up in our booking, and the staff did back-flips to accommodate us - they went above and beyond what we'd have reasonably expected, and we remain very grateful. Nice pool to cool off in - literally right outside our door- after a long day at the spectacular Candle Festival. Thanks for a great stay!

It was down a small side road amongst residential houses, friendly staff, had parking at hotel, very small pool but nice when it's so hot, rooms done out in minimal style, but very clean and everything worked, bed was comfy, shower hot, good value for money,

Excellent atmosphere

Terrific people, comfortable atmosphere with French countryside rooms and landscape. I thought the place was charming, although my girlfriend wanted something more modern. Bathrooms were modern and clean. The only negatives were mattress that sank some in the middle, and the location while very close to city center was down a couple alleys to get to. Further about bed and such: it’s hard to be critical because the economy here sucks, and these people are doing the best they can, which is exemplified by the service of the attentive staff.

Good atmosphere

De Lit has the pleasant atmosphere with nice location and parking space. Rooms are clean, spacious and lovely. However, I would be more delight if De Lit could provide more facilities in the restroom, hair dryer (we can borrow), and more mirror in the room as I guess most ladies prefer this. Staff has service mind and promptly greet and offer assistance.

Very nice people

The staff/owners are delightful. The bed was hard and surrounding neighborhood noise did not allow good sleep. Dogs barking in particular. Doors and windows are not sound proofed to prevent noise from outside. But the people are great there.

une bonne adresse

Tres bon sejour, piscine propre et bien agréable, hotel récent, personnel très sympathique. Nous recommandons cet etablissement. Seul bemol, la localisation un peu excentrée, mais les taxis ne manquent pas pour rejoindre le centre ville (à 5 minutes en taxi).
