A stay in UBUD

Not so thrilled at check in, but these people turned out to be very nice and helpful. They gave us a ride on their scooters to a restaurant, provided early breakfast for us and were pleasant at the end. Wifi worked great. A 2 km walk to town or 20 minutes.

親切でフレンドリーなスタッフのいるホテル

スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで楽しい滞在となりました。 ウブド市内を色々周りたい用事があってトランスポートをお願いしたら2時間で20万ルピアでリーズナブルにそしてドライバーさんもとても親切に対応してくださいました。 歩いてすぐの所にピザ屋さんがたくさんあり、また10〜15分くらいでカキアンカフェやスーパーもあるので便利でした。 残念な点は、部屋の匂いと蜘蛛が出たことです。 シャワーも温度調節が難しのと、シャワーヘッドが小さくて使いづらかったです。

Cute Little Hidden Spot

I stayed here with my Mum and we both loved it, the hotel is really small, but really beautiful. Unfortunately the room services and food let it down for us. We ordered room service for dinner and by the time it came to our room it was cold. Breakfast was included which we ordered to our room for 8am, at 8.30am I ended up calling the front desk, we then got it at 9am and it was really basic. I loved the hotel and the pool, just not the food, I suggest eating out.

A bit away from the town center; great otherwise

A quirky, well appointed place that really feels like you're away from it all. The garden and grounds are very well kept, and the lounge/hangout spaces are quite nice. The staff is amazing, really helpful with all of our needs. The rooms are cutely furnished and the bed comfortable, but I was not a fan of the bedding; I felt like it could have been a little nicer.

Ver van Ubud, Zeer slecht ontbijt.Rot stoelen op het terras.En te weinig ligstoelen van alleen hout zonder kussens.kamers worden slecht schoongemaakt.personeel loopt smorgens vroeg te lachen en te dollen met elkaar,terwijl mensen nog liggen te slapen.we waren in 17 dagen naar 4 verschillende accomodaties waarvan de greenbird het slechtste was.

Friendly Staff.

Quality of Service was good. Staff Very Friendly. Room was good and spacious. We stayed there for Two days and the staff were really nice. Breakfast was good we had choices for Bread/Types of Egg/Pan Cake etc. Location wise we couldn't find good restaurants near by we had to walk up . May be didnt explore enough just there for two days only. Wifi in our Villa was pretty good and fast enough. Here are some tips if you are staying there. 1.If this is ur first place in Bali , you can get the sim right outside the entrance to the hotel just two shops away. 2.We paid 40,000 to and from the Ubud Market. We took the Hotel Transport for dropping us onto our next hotel which was in Seminyak . However we Had two issues. 1.The Tiles/Flooring was looking dirty worn off kinda (we were in Villa 1 not sure about the rest of them) 2.The Window next to the shower had no curtains even though it was etched.

Amazing Experience - Felt like home!

My stay at the Green Bird Villa was amazing and I absolutely recommend it to people travelling with families or alone. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and fun. I had a very early morning trip planned, and the staff had a to-go breakfast packed for me and helped arrange a driver. The spa treatments (massages and pedicure) were extremely relaxing and a great way to end the day. The pool and garden area are a nice place to hang out or enjoy a meal. I stayed in a standard single room. The bathroom was partially open which provided great natural light. The room was spacious, very quiet, and there is free water in the mini bar. The location is a 12 minute walk from the Yoga Barn and there are plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes. The entire villa is incredible, but the staff is what makes this place so special. There are also bike rentals available. I didn't do one this time, but I will be the next time I visit. The Green Bird Villa is small, so the staff can pay a lot of attention to the guests. They remembered my name and would sit and talk with me while I waited. Everyone from the owner to the restaurant staff is extremely kind, warm, and passionate about making the Green Bird Villa feel like home and not just another place in Ubud.

Great place to stay in Ubud!

Can't say enough great things about this hotel. It's located on a quiet street in Ubud very close to restaurants and shops on Ji Hanoman. The hotel staff was amazing, so welcoming and helpful. To get around we rented a motor bike from our hotel for 60k Rh a day which is great and highly recommended. The staff even taught us how to use it! Breakfast was satisfying and it was brought to our terrace every morning. The room had AC and it was super quiet at night. We even did a load of laundry through the hotel. You can also arrange a taxi to drive you to the airport through the hotel for 350k Rh. Highly recommend this place!
