Great place in Ubud

Great hotel, spacious room, good wi-fi, breakfast needs to be ordered a day before -tastes ok, recommend taking scooter in Ubud city because it is a little bit outside Ubud (however there is a free shuttle few times a day), rice-field view wasn't as good as expected, pool big and nice, generally speaking - recommend

A serene, pleasant resort away from hubbub of Ubud

In the rice paddies 4.5k outside Ubud this is a lovely tranquil place, and with free use of bicycles and free hotel transfers into Ubud, everything is at your disposal. Breakfast is al la carte and has to be ordered the day before, as does traditional Balinese evening (with dinner) or any beauty treatments. I have to say I do not recommend the facial. I had this (rather heavy handed) treatment and each application was removed using a very smelly flannel! It was horrible - I was glad when it was over. The rooms, with huge balcony, and pool were great

Dejligt hotel med stort familieværelse

Et dejligt hotel, som vi synes var meget bedre end vi havde forventet ift. billeder vi havde set. Shuttle til/fra Ubud fungerer super godt. Fine små aktiviteter for børn f.eks Wood carving. Poolen er super dejlig. De er meget søde - alle, som arbejder der - men de er godt nok ikke særligt servicemindede generelt - eller forstår en dårligt - det har vi dog oplevet flere steder på Bali. Vi har kun en enkelt negativ ting og det er at hotellet ligger lige midt i en lille landsby, hvor haner og hunde hhv. Galer og gør om kap fra kl 4 om morgenen. Efter 5 nætter måtte vi glæde os til at få sovet en hel nat næste sted.

Rust vlakbij te grote drukte van Ubud.

Hotel heeft een shuttlebus om mensen naar en van Ubud te brengen / halen. Alleen wel reserveren is benodigd daar er maar beperkte plaatsen beschikbaar zijn, Max. 6. Fietsen zijn gratis verkrijgbaar om de buurt te verkennen, namelijk allerlei rijstvelden.

Rest and relaxation

Peaceful and relaxing. Very quiet in the rice fields. Superb breakfast and free shuttle to Ubud. Will recommend and stay again.

Hotellet ligger langt fra alt. Der er gekkoer overalt på hotellet både ude og inde på værelset. Badeværelset har et åbent tag ved badekarret så gekkoerne kommer ind derfra. Derudover kan de komme ind fra loftet i soveværelset. Personligt syntes jeg ikke det er ajovt at opholde mig i et værelse fyldt med gekkoer. Personalet sprøjtede noget gift i værelset for at holde gekkoerne ude, mem det virkede ikke. Vi overnattede ikke på hotellet persobalet skaffede os et andet værelse på et andet hotel samt gratis transport til det andet hotel. Personale var hjælpsomme, flinke og forstående.

Très bon chauffeur Wayan

Très bon accueil à l'arrivée malgré l'attente du chauffeur à l'aéroport. Chambres spacieuses et propres. L'organisation des excursions via l'hôtel était au top grâce à Wayan qui a été à notre service, très sympa et d'une grande amabilité. En revanche, le service au restaurant est un peu long, la communication parfois compliquée et les quantités un peu limitées pour le prix et le service shuttle nous a valu d'attendre plus d'1h à Ubud. Néanmoins satisfaisant et bon qualité prix dans l'ensemble.

Nice hotel located 15 minutes outside ubud

Hotel beautifully located between rice fields. Good shuttle service to the center of Ubud. Check in was ok. Not too smooth. Restaurant and breakfast was ok.

Nice and quiet hotel surrounded by rice fields

Great hotel in quiet and relaxing surroundings with good swimming pool and garden. Great staff and an authentic feel of Bali. A little worn in the 2 bedrooms we had. Both bathrooms were below 4 stars standard. One bathroom smelled of constant sewage and the other mold ... it was reported 3 times and solutions were an air freshener and aeration. Not enough solution. Also saw a rat run alongside the pool in the evenings. Not uncommon in rural areas, but still not acceptable. All in all OK compared to value for money.

The property is fairlly secuded. Its about 15 mins by shuttle to the closest town. The shuttle runs on a schedule which may/may not suit.
