"Cockroaches and bed bugs seen crawling in rooms and in hallways. Property manage claims that someone just must of brought them in even though the exterminator was just there to spray. Even when we told her there was one in a room claimed she went in there and didn’t see it and that they don’t have bugs."

"Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and spacious room with a nice view. Ideal location for downtown Cincy."

"The room itself was decent, but the check in process was horrible. They had no parking spots available for guests and when we questioned having to park our car on the curb, the front desk staff just laughed at us. We had to walk a long distance from the front counter to our room. We won't be back."

"The only issue we had was breakfast was not very good, very few choices and the pool was not the cleanest and the water was way too cold. Staff was pleasant, room was clean, service for three nights was perfect for the towels being replaced. Will definitely stay here again. "

"21C was the hotel to stay in Cincinnati, but not anymore. Our room was so stuffy and smelled like it had not been slept in for weeks. The hallways were humid and sticky. The artwork in the room appeared worn out. The shower/tub floor was very slippery. You could barely see out of the windows because the windows were so dirty. There was no refrigerator/bar refrigerator in the room. And a room service was not available after 10 pm Also, as we were getting ready to go to sleep, the fire alarm started chirping in our room. We called the front desk. They said they take care of it, but then they never did but the chirping stopped. The check-in and checkout process was very easy And then I was double charge for the room which I’m still trying to get corrected."
