โWe booked a double bed room and they assigned us for king and said that they only had a king bed available. We told them we booked a double bed and that we wanted to move into the right bed that we reserved and then the front desk lady was half shouting at us that they cant do anything about this situation.
Then she asked if we wanted a sofa bed which we said yes to because we didnt want to move the hotel we were too tired. And at the end they meant just the sofa, not a sofa bed to sleep on โฆ....
โVERY nice property conveniently located where I needed. Excellent and friendly staff from the valet to the front desk and restaurant staff. My family had two rooms. The double bed room was a little small but king bed room was spacious and had a nice couch in there which would have been nice in the double room as well. I would definitely stay there again and appreciated the pleasant stay. I was nervous that it would be a small boutique that would not meet our needs but that was not the case. โ

โThe check-in process was not user friendly. The sidewalk in front of the property was torn up and had construction tape all around it. We had to wait for 30 minutes or so outside the place before we could get the check in information to be able to get into our room.โ
