โManagement was very understanding. With that being said, we were refunded after we were bitten by bed bugs from head to toes. This cut our trip very short and we had to go to the laundromat and wash and dry everything before moving to a hotel around midnight. We once again stopped at the laundromat at our hometown scared to bring anything home.
