"Wonderful Location for a Family Trip with Minor Maintenance Flaws We had a great family vacation here! You cannot beat the beachfront location, which was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The staff was responsive—when our room for four only had 2 towels, they brought more immediately. They also helped fix our room's Wi-Fi, though they mentioned it drops frequently. The stay would have been perfect if not for a few amenities being out of order: the ice machine was broken and the soda machine was empty. The property is mostly clean but is showing its age and could use a deep scrub and a fresh coat of paint. We would stay again because of the location and staff!"

"Everything was good, only hiccup was during the check in my email said the check in was at 3:00pm while at the location the employee was trying to deny Check in until 4. I think this is something that needs to be addressed. Which if check in is not till 4 I would reconsider staying here. We are already spending a lot of money to stay here and a check in that late is a bit annoying"

"Condo was very nice and had most of what we needed. Didnt see wristband charge per person on initial listing. After we booked i got a notification that i would be charged for wristbands per person. That should definitely be disclosed in the initial price. Also lady at checkin would only take cash for wristbands and this was never disclosed. ( wonder how much she pocketed) Property was nice with a nice pool, quick walk to the beach and lots if bbq pits."

"Room was excellent and very well appointed. Loved being on the 3rd floor. Room had everything we could ask for. Security at Sapphire is ridiculous. They are power-hungry wanna-be cops. They exist to threaten guests and suck all the fun out of the stay."

"this condo was clean but barely equipped with necessities. There were no carpets or mats on the floors so had to use towels especially in the shower areas for slippery floors. Couch looked very worn. Dining table legs were wobbly. Refrigerator does not have ice or water (they did provide ice trays). There are only two small hand towels in the kitchen. The beach view was spectacular and the grounds are kept very nicely and the staff are super friendly. Overall it was a nice stay."
