"This was my worst experience. The room was dirty, the floor was gross, we had to wear flip flops. The towels are nasty. The pillows smell like vomit. We woke up in the middle of night and saw roaches on the bed."

"The view and location was very good. The condition of the property left a lot to be desired. Main floor balcony door would not open and after maintenance sprayed with WD40 it opened but was still VERY hard to move so balcony was unusable. Second floor balcony blinds would not work so remained down and in the way of getting out the door. There was no way to tie them up to see the view or use the balcony.
