"We had a great experience at the Omni for our daughter's birthday sleepover. There was a huge wedding happening that same weekend and after some mixups with the rooms we reserved over a month in advance we were upgraded to suites with adjoining doors. The young lady at the front desk and the manager worked hard and were very empathetic, professional and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and I really Appreciate them. The hotel was Beautiful and the girls had a Blast! :o)"

"The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. The gym was adequate. I wish I had known that they have a special rate for people using the hotel for Hospital visits. I booked online and paid a higher rate, but found out that they have a special rate for our hospital patients. I was very surprised to know that the company offered that and I thought what a wonderful gift to those of us who were caring for our loved ones. Shout out to Holiday Inn and their compassion, unfortunately I had already paid Expediaand was not able to take advantage of this"
