Friendly employees and very good service. Breakfast good and healthy options. Kudos to the bartender you have at night. Only opportunity is the clean in the room. Everything else was good, thank you.

The stay was overall great staff was very friendly room was nice with a great view only downside only two elevators were working so it took us longer to get up or down since elevators were mostly full throughout the day

We stay here alot. Rooms are always clean. I love their pillows and comforter! We don't like to drive in Dallas when it gets dark, so having a restaurant on site is wonderful. The restaurant/ bar manager, Mo, is exceptional. If he's off, Erika serves exceptional service as well. We think of them as our family in Dallas! They are so caring ! All the hotel staff from check in to check out are friendly and accommodating!!

The front desk service was great. The lady that checked me in was great. The only issues I had was to take a shower younhad to let the water warm up 15 to 20 minutes even then the water wasnt hot. The ladies kept forgetting wash clothes in the room. Other than those issues it was okay. The rooms are very outdated. I wasn't expecting that.

They gave me Room 1111 and was horrible room The heater wasn’t working the warm water never cane out and also the hair dryer was out … but the staff was nice and they were able the change the room for me

From front desk to dining to shuttle to and from the airport, our stay was amazing. The location from airport and American Airlines center was great and not far. The dining, both breakfast Buffett and dinner were so tasty as well. Thank you!

The pool was really nice and the breakfest buffet was good. The only thing I would change would be the hotel really needs to update the TVs to smart TVs. And add a microwave to each room.
