Front desk staff were super kind and very friendly. The rooms were clean and linen was clean. The pool needed a little bit of picking up. The view from the pool was amazing and the breakfast was overpriced for being a hot continental breakfast. Overall, our stay was good and will return.
The staff were phenomenal. The only problem was the parking at the hotel and the elevators were really slow. Which I understand since it was a big hotel!
We liked everything about this hotel—the location, the room, and the friendly staff. We were welcomed by Karen at the front desk, and she was very courteous. A good hotel; we recommend it👍👍👍
Room clean and in good conditions. Perfect location in downtown with easy parking

Our first room had no hot water, the air conditioner didn’t cook adequately, the tub didn’t drain and the vent in the ceiling was dripping water. After the first night we changed rooms and the shower head did hot work. Karen, at the front desk, was as helpful as she could be and she was very accommodating. There was an overall lack of maintenance. The downstairs and the lobby were pretty and clean.
I have stayed here before and it has declined since my last stay.

Breakfast was great! Staff was friendly. Lobby was clean. Elevators were a bit concerning - noisy. Had issue getting room cleaned - and clean towels and the like. In the room - No extra chair and fixed window portion of sliding door was cracked. Severely. Not sure how it was still intact.

The lobby was the nicest part of the property. Rooms are a bit smelly (like cat urine) and the a/c doesn’t work well at all. Bed was clean and comfortable but the rest of the room definitely needed help. And if you drive anything other than a sedan and want to park there be careful….height in parking garage is pretty low!
Needs a major refurbishment and upgrade. The pool was out of use most of my 2 day stay and the gym, which was well equipped, had poor functioning AC so the space was very warm.
The room itself was large and comfy.
The bathroom needs work and was tiny.
The area is close to Main St but not very nice to walk around at night.
The property was pretty good overall, and the staff was great and very helpful. The only thing that wasn’t that great was getting on and off the elevators. Some of the elevators weren’t working, and since the hotel was packed, the elevators were very slow and stopped on almost every floor, which led to some long wait times.
The food was good overall, and definitely try the crab cakes—they were on point!

Staff is wonderful, everywhere. However, hotel is old. Elevators rattle, no regular coffee, sugars of cremes in the rooms. Just decaff coffee and tea. Towels rationed. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Biggest issue: allowing homeless people to sit and sleep in lobby. Strong smell of Uribe and lobby furniture stained. I feel bad for staff that are the face of the hotel to find excuses for the poor management. I know homelessness and mental health is an issue but there should be security to not allow them in the lobby. Rooms are not cheap.
First stay at this location. Very expensive for a bed in a room. Wasn’t warned that deposits would be charged for each day spent 500 for 2 days. Never going back //no Ice no snacks nothing not even vending items. But 500
