We needed a last minute room for the night due to a car issue. We booked here because it was close to the service center, even though it was a higher price than many others a little further out. No regrets! The hotel is beautiful inside, the staff was so nice, and the room was more than we needed. We were stressed and I felt an instant calm when we walked in to check in. Our room was huge, clean and comfortable. I got coffee in the morning and it was made perfectly. And of course, the warm cookie is the cherry on top. For some, the only con might be the noise level from the trains and the airport but it didn’t bother us. Would recommend, would stay again.

Great hotel - clean, spacious property and big clean rooms with comfortable beds. The warm DoubleTree cookies they provide at check-in is a great touch. They also have a free airport shuttle which is very punctual and helpful. One star off for the receptionist’s attitude - very curt, serious and unfriendly, like a robot- she should at least smile while checking in guests. Other than that, was a great stay - would recommend.
