"The room was large and included a kitchenette area. The staff were very polite and the breakfast was good as hotel breakfasts go. The airport shuttle was very helpful. I checked out and three minutes later I got a text that my flight had been delay 3 1/2 hours. The hotel staff was nice enough to let me have my room back so I could wait there instead of at the airport. Thanks!"

"A great place to stay before or after an LAX flight. Shuttle runs every 15 minutes 24/7. Restaurant was delicious and service was great. A wonderful experience. "

"Staff never answer the phone. Also paid $90 in parking for a total of 27 hours. When we first got there they told us to get a ticket then when we left 4 hours later we paid $30 then I paid for 24 hours and didn’t park there because it would expire at 2 am and have to $60 more until I checked out. Not worth it in my opinion. Hotel staff always told me and my husband different things. They don’t have a pool and hotel isn’t that nice. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again. "

"Yes! Everything from the moment we areived to the moment we departed, the staff was INCREDIBLE! All the concierge and valets, comstantly working to support each guest that arrived or left, opening doors and car doors, friendly and welcoming every time, too. The desk staff were also amazing, friendly. We were about to buy 2 bottles of smart water and one of the front desk associates simply said, "here look, if you'd like, we have complimentary water, theyre cold and I'll go grab it for you." She simply couldve made the sale and said nothing. THAT'S the kind of care missing these days snd ehat separates hotels like this from others. I don't typically do hotel reviews because while i may enjoy a stay, I'm never fully blown away. The Noe restaurant was amazing. Serving staff was incredible and friendly and Frank the bartender was a step above the rest. Friendly, inciteful, helpful. Just added to the amazing culture the Omni Hotel adds in addition to the stay. And let me not forget the room attendants. Every morning we saw her she was smiling, greeted us with warm hellos each morning and always wished us a great day. Again, I can't say enough good about this stay other than if your are considering it, stop and just book. You won't be sorry! "
