“The young man at the front desk was very helpful & nice. I had to call bc we was running late, he assured me that I was okay. As I arrived he was very nice. The room was clean up to date. Only thing I felt it was pricey after I got there from the drive being on complete back roads no highways no byways. But Thank You”

“Had some delays at checkin. Room was not ready. Staff was young and unsure how to handle delay (laundry problem - they were waiting on clean fresh laundry) Person that came to room to make up the bed was apologetic. All staff were pleasant but seemed a little overwhelmed. Perhaps this is an isolated incident. The room was fine clean but a bit outdated. I would go back, there are not a lot of options right in Phillipsburgh. ”
