“Room was clean except for the floors. Floors were laminate and as we walked around the room our socks became black. Everything else was clean. ”

“Had some delays at checkin. Room was not ready. Staff was young and unsure how to handle delay (laundry problem - they were waiting on clean fresh laundry) Person that came to room to make up the bed was apologetic. All staff were pleasant but seemed a little overwhelmed. Perhaps this is an isolated incident. The room was fine clean but a bit outdated. I would go back, there are not a lot of options right in Phillipsburgh. ”
