객실은 넓고 깨끗했음 그러나 저녁 8시 이후에 프론트에 직원이 없음 조식이 800엔인데 전날 저녁 8시 조금 넘어서 조식 티켓을 사려했더니 1500엔이라고 함

2度目の利用です。 ・3名で宿泊 ・朝食不要 ・大浴場あり 上記よりこちらの宿を利用するメリットが大きく、今後も常宿とさせていただきたいと思っています。 一点、要望があるとすれば、トリプルルームにあるソファを3名がけの大きさにしてもらいたいです。

This hotel has rooms bigger than most typical Japanese hotels. The bed is comfortable, spacious bathroom and small kitchenette. There was car parking available and facilities are clean all around. It’s within walking distance of the hells juku and convenience stores and restaurants too. The only problem is the onsen was nonoperational when we stayed.

温泉宿ですが、まず、何か設備に不具合があり室内の浴室は使用出来ませんでした。元々、私は大浴場での入浴を予定していたので問題ではないのですが、妻はガッカリです。 その大浴場も16時のチェックインと同時に早々に入浴をしたかったのですが、『18時からしか利用できません』とのこと。18時まで待っていよいよ入浴したのは良いが、湯温はぬるくイマイチでした。 設備の故障や不具合が起こるのは避けられない場合もあるのは理解しますが、故障に備えて日頃からメンテナンスしておいて欲しい。 温泉を楽しみに訪問しているのですから、そうゆう事情(温泉施設の不具合)は事前に連絡もなかったし、料金のサービスぐらい考えて欲しい。

오바마 온천을 즐기기 위하여 나가사키 호텔을 마다하고 숙소를 선택했습니다 당일 저녁까지 먹고 온천을 즐기기위해 방문한 숙소는 온수 고장으로 저녁 및 아침 온천을 즐기지 못했습니다 오로지 고장에 대한 공지만 대안은 마련없이 카운터 분들이 난처한 것으로 끝

天気が悪く夕陽が見えなくて残念でしたが、ほぼお風呂も貸切状態で満喫できて、洗濯乾燥機もあってとても良かったです。 乾燥機の調子悪くて乾くまでかなりかかりましたが。11時チェックアウトもゆっくりできて嬉しいです。
