“I have stayed at this hotel a few times now, while traveling for work. It’s mostly been a really pleasant option. The room and shower were clean— no mold, stains or thick dust. The hotel is still new and well-taken care of. The restaurant food could use improvement, especially with the required resort fee and prices. The staff were helpful and kind. The views over Harlem are cool, but they should totally remove “Central park view” from the room options. It’s totally misleading. I’ll be staying...

“The location was fabulous for a student to move in CUIMC. I stayed before settling down with my dorm. It is just 10 min away by walk and has beautiful view. I really enjoy my stay and I would definitely recommend this to everyone who comes to visit me. ”

“Very convenient. I arrived late and left early, so I didn't see any staff, but the room was clean and in good shape and the instructions were clear. There was a little noise from the nearby subway, but it wasn't a problem.”

“숙박한 2일 동안 아주 만족했습니다. 펜역과 가까워 다음 행선지 워싱턴 DC로 가기에도 수월했습니다. 다음에 다시 뉴욕에 온다면 또 숙박할것 같습니다.”

“This place was really nice because of the service. The train is close to this place. The staff were also very friendly. The room was great for staying alone, but the space felt a bit distorted, which was a bit uncomfortable. It was also disappointing that there was no refrigerator.”

“시설은 많이 노후됐지만, 그 모든 걸 입지가 상쇄 시킵니다. 뉴욕 어디든 쉽게 갈 수 있는 위치에요. 가성비도 좋구요. 다음에도 또 이용할 듯. 롯데호텔이 리모댈링을 한다면 더 좋겠네요.”

“객실 깨끗했고 매일 청소 잘되고 (팀도 못줬는데도) 직원들 친절하고 4층 리셉션로비의 카페 바 레스토랑도 친구랑 만나기에 괜찮았다 타임스퀘어근처라 교통이 좋았고 아침 브런치하기에 좋응 평점좋은식당들이 많았다 좋은 카페도 많았고.. 일본의 비즈니스호텔처럼 방이 컴팩트했지만 서양인들 사이즈여서 한국사람들은 불편 없을듯 하다 다음 출장에도 사용할 예정임,,”
