โWe arrived earlier than the check in time, and was allowed to leave out case, we then had an excellent roast dinner, which was also available in a gluten free option for my husband. We were able to then check in earlier than stated time, to a lovely room. The hotel was just across the road to crystal palace bowl, which is the venue for the concert we were attending. Then when it had finished a quick walk back to a lively pub/hotel for a great night's sleep.โ
โMeeting in location and found this little gem. Very efficient and accomodating. The onsite parking is a clear winner with tasteful interiors and a great bar! What more do you need!โ
โI received a call to confirm the check in. It's conveniently placed on the main road, close to bus stops and shops. Off street parking available, free after 5pm. The room was very clean and warmed for us, with basic toiletries provided. The receptionist was very friendly and professional, provided the necessary information and offered further assistance.

โWell equipped with lots of supplies Inc cereal and milk in fridge most welcome. Suggest including a corkscrew with another glass. Nice huge fridge and comfy sofa. Bus stop right outside and nice pub 5 mins away.โ

โMy Mother had a wonderful stay at the Half Moon Hotel. I accidentally booked this hotel a year ago - long story but needless to stay it ended up all working out well. Staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Really enjoyed the stay and service. Thank you to all the Half Moon staff for making my Mum feel so special.โ

โIt was nice to stay there but facilties are bit old especially for the water tap which was seperated hot and cold water when i need to wash my hands. But nice bed and it was cozy there. But as I said facilities are basically old and they've got to change the towel and some of facilities to new ones.โ

โCheck in was super easy. I had a last minute booking. Everyone was so kind too. The hostel was a generic hostel experience. Shared bathrooms so not much to say there. The pub is beyond amazing. Fantastic foods, drinks and vibes. The breakfast special was 5 stars alone. 10 out of 10 ill go again. โ
