"Love the hotel location and views of Lake Superior. Appreciate the outdoor seating to take advantage of the great views. Staff was friendly and helpful... hard to find anything negative to say. I have a mild dust allergy and can always tell when a hotel property doesn't routinely vacuum / clean rooms.... and I can say that my sleep was undisturbed by allergies. They clearly do a great job in the cleanliness category."

"Older hotel with lots of character. Nice large room with comfy bed. Food was good in bar and Crows Nest was a cute space for a cocktail."
